Price for renting the entire apartment per night:

1. € 100.00 for 1 person

2. € 100.00 for 2 people

3. € 125.00 for 3 people

4. € 150.00 for 4 people

5. € 175.00 for 5 people

TOURIST TAX

The tourist tax is

€ 3.00 per day per person for the first 4 days of stay.

The tax applies from 12 years of age.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

- Electricity, water, gas, heating, fan

- Wi-Fi throughout the property

- Final cleaning

- Bath and bed linen for each guest

- Courtesy set

CHILDREN

Children from 0 to 3 years old free.

On request: free crib

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of booking cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before your arrival.

If you cancel within the 5 days before arrival, you pay the full amount of the booking.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment will be made via credit card link with remote POS within 5 days before the arrival date.

SELF CHECK-IN

Scacciapensieri Guest House is equipped with a self check-in system that ensures our guests complete independence.

The self check-in procedure will take place after identification with an ID document for each guest.
