From the Romagna coast, those coming from Cesena take the E45 and exit at Sansepolcro, then continue along the SS73 to Arezzo.

From the Marche coast, for those arriving from Ancona, follow the SS76 to the junction with the E45 near Perugia, then continue towards Cesena, exit at Città di Castello and continue on the SS73bis to Arezzo.

From the Tyrrhenian side:

From Grosseto via the SS223 (E78) “Due Mari” Grosseto-Siena, a fast road, from Siena RA6 (Siena-Bettolle Motorway Link) towards Arezzo/Perugia, join the A1 (Autostrada del Sole) at the Valdichiana-Bettolle toll booth, then continue towards Florence until the Arezzo exit.
