1. WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. Check-out is by 10 a.m.
2. DO THE PRICES INCLUDE ALL TAXES?
No, the tourist tax payable to the Municipality of Arezzo is not included. The tax is €3.00 per day per person, excluding children under 12 years of age. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.
3. CAN I PAY BY CREDIT CARD?
Of course, except for the tourist tax, which must be paid in cash.
4. WHEN WILL I MAKE THE PAYMENT?
Payment will be made after receiving the link.
5. WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION TERMS?
You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before your arrival. If you cancel within 5 days of arrival, you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
6. HOW MANY FLOORS DOES THE APARTMENT HAVE? IS THERE A LIFT?
Scacciapensieri Guest House is on three floors. There is no lift.
7. ARE THERE STAIRS?
Yes, as the flat is located in the historic centre and has three floors, there are stairs.
8. ARE PETS ALLOWED?
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed.
9. DOES THE APARTMENT HAVE PRIVATE PARKING?
No, the apartment does not have private parking.
10. WHERE CAN I PARK?
You can park at the Pietri car park (partly free and partly paid) about a 10 minutes on foot from the apartment, or at Parking S. Agostino (covered and secure car park) which has an agreement with us at €25.00 per day, about 500 metres from the apartment.
11. IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK PARKING S. AGOSTINO IN ADVANCE? AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
No, Parking S. Agostino does not accept reservations. The price is €25.00 per day if you say you are a guest of Scacciapensieri Guest House, otherwise you will pay the full price.
12. DO YOU HAVE Wi-Fi CONNECTION?
Yes, we have free Wi-Fi connection throughout the property.
13. IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING?
No, unfortunately there is no air conditioning. There is a fan in every room.
14. ARE ALL THE BEDROOMS ON THE SAME FLOOR?
No, the two bedrooms are on two different floors. One is on the second floor and the other is on the third floor.
15. HOW MANY BATHROOMS ARE THERE?
There is one bathroom in the apartment, located on the second floor.
16. IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED?
No, we are sorry but due to regional law we are unable to provide breakfast service.
17. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN THE APARTMENT ACCOMMODATE?
Scacciapensieri Guest House can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people.
18. IS THE RAILWAY STATION NEARBY? WHAT ABOUT THE BUSINESS AND CONFERENCE CENTRE?
Yes, Arezzo railway station is about at 10 minutes on foot. The Business and Conference Centre is about 3.5 km away and can be reached by car or bus.
