The tourist tax is €1,50 per person for the first 4 days.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation of the reservation the following penalties will be applied:

You can cancel for free up to 5 days before your arrival.

If you cancel within 5 days before arrival, you pay the total amount of the reservation.

Scacciapensieri Guest House is equipped with a system of

self check-in which guarantees our guests to check-in and check-out in total autonomy.

The self check-in procedure takes place via online advance payment within 5 days before the day of arrival and advance transmission of all guests' identification documents via WhatsApp or e-mail.

Once the documents have been received, detailed instructions and the access code to the key box will be sent to carry out the self check-in.

However, we will always be available for every need and to give all the necessary information for a comfortable, pleasant and safe stay.
